Tour Officials
 
 Officials are entered into the website's database from an address book that you exported or from a spreadsheet template that you filled out (lastname, firstname and email address).  Their login information is sent and they are directed to enter their personal information and unavailability. 
A any official can be chosen to view
B their personal information, unavailability or schedule (once they are assigned to games) can be selected
